Refund Policy


Cancellation Policy

Guests are requested to read and understand the Cancellation, Refund, Relocation, Re-schedulement, and other applicable policies updated on our website before booking our ambiences.

Cancellations
I) If a customer wants to cancel a confirmed booking.

If the customer desires to cancel the booking, the customer can cancel the booking at any time and shall inform us in writing/calling expressing the intent or conveying the instruction to cancel the booking. Even though we do not insist upon our customers to give us complete disclosure of the reason for cancellation, however, it will help us to improve our services and serve you better in the future.

The cancellation charges apply from the date we receive your cancellation. In order to cover our expected losses from the cancellation, there’s a set scale of charges which must be paid by you if you or anyone travelling with you cancels or you cancel any services or arrangements that form part of your booking with us. The charges are a percentage of the cost of the arrangements being cancelled.

Also, customers can reschedule their confirmed bookings to a future date rather than cancelling and paying cancellation charges and if you wish to select an alternate available date. However, no re-schedulement / postponement is permitted within 36 hours of check-in.

Cancellation Charges

Please note Cancellation charges are applicable on the total booking amount, not on the advance payment.

24-48 hours prior to check in time 50% of the ambience rent and 100% of the food cost

Less than 12 hours prior to check in time 100% of ambience and food cost. No rescheduling under any circumstances

*GST, if applicable, will be charged on these cancellation fees.

In the case of an emergency, we offer a flexible option of full refund, on a strictly case to case basis, as per our discretion. The refund policy may sometimes vary for certain fully private full-access ambiences, and the same will be mentioned on the respective listing page.

1. In case of any natural calamities, the cancellation request for booking will be refundable depending upon the situation and no enforcement for refund will be granted or considered.
2. If the customer wishes to cancel the booking due to any medical emergencies, no enforcement for refund/postponement will be granted or considered and normal cancellation charges and policies are applicable on the total booking amount as per the above table.
3. If the customer collects information from our website and books services outside our website / mobile app, or any other offline methods, Unwynd shall not be responsible for any loss, fraud, or concerns in terms of services, price, and quality. Unwynd cannot be held liable in such situations.
4. Unwynd shall not be responsible for any loss or concerns in connection with the late departure of the vehicle, poor road conditions, roadblocks, accidents, vehicle delays, any unforeseen incidents which are not in our hands, and no enforcement for refund will be granted or considered.
5. If the customer does not wish to check in after reaching the property because of any reason, the custom rhas to convey the same to our customer support team within 5 minutes of arrival. No enforcement for refund will be granted or considered otherwise.
6. If the customer wishes to cancel the booking on the same day of check-in due to any reason like (not limited to) resulting - directly/indirectly from any act of God, dangers, animal(s), fire, accidents, breakdown in machinery or vehicle /transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, medical emergencies, death in the family, epidemics, pandemics, government regulations, road blocks or poor road conditions default or any other causes beyond our control, enforcement for refund will be granted or considered only on case to case basis.

II) Cancellation by Unwynd Ambiences

We strive to make your day outing pleasurable, but there may arise unfortunate circumstances, where we will be compelled to cancel a confirmed booking, considering the safety and general well-being of our customers. We will pay a 100% refund if we cancel the booking due to

  • >> Labour Unrest
  • >> Insolvency or Business Exigencies
  • >> Operational Concerns.
  • >> Technical Errors in our software

If we cancel your booking due to operational constraints or any reasons listed above, Unwynd will process a full refund of the booking amount we collected from you. Our liability is only limited to the booking amount we collected. All incidental expenses /cancellation charges related to any other bookings, like flight tickets, train tickets, transportation charges, visa fees etc, would have the cancellation policy from the respective suppliers and Unwynd will be liable to make good the losses of inconvenience thereafter as such decisions are often taken considering the safety of our guests.

Below are some of the grounds where we might be forced to make such cancellations from our end. Please note that this list is only indicative. Refund requests for booking due to circumstances beyond our control will be refundable depending upon the situation and no enforcement for refund will be granted or considered.

  • >> Climatic conditions or natural disaster strikes the destination of travel
  • >> Terrorism or mandatory evacuation at destination
  • >> Subject to governmental instructions if any
  • >> Wildlife movements, permission changes.
  • >> Pandemics or civil disturbances.
  • >> Technical Error in our software.

When we refer to circumstances Beyond Our Control we mean any situation beyond our control and the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. Such circumstances will usually include but are not limited to, war, threat of war, airport closures, airspace closures, epidemic, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of a serious disease, natural disasters, civil unrest, industrial dispute or strikes, road blocks, earthquakes, landslides, heavy rain, wildlife movements/attacks, government orders, permission changes, bad weather (actual or threatened), machinery breakdowns, etc.

Rescheduling or Postponement Policy

Customers can reschedule/postpone their confirmed bookings to a future date rather than cancelling and paying cancellation charges and if you wish to select an alternate available date.

1. Guests have the option of rescheduling their booking to any date 3 months from the booking date and the same is subject to availability provided the intimation is provided in writing or direct customer support and reaches us 24-48 hours prior to the check-in hours.
2. If the reschedule date falls in a time when rates are revised, then the difference between the original tariff will have to be paid by the guest.
3. Rescheduling of booking date (Postponement / Preponement) is subject to availability of the ambience.
4. Rescheduling of booking date (Postponement / Preponement) is allowed only once. Once postponed /preponed there is no further change or cancellation and neither any credits.
5. The validity of full credits is 3 months from the date of rescheduling (Postponement / Preponement).
6. Transfer of full credit to some other booking is subject to the guest’s written confirmation. Once Transfer of full credit to some other booking is done, there is no further change or cancellation and neither any credits.
7. All Refunds exclude any transaction charges or taxes already paid on the transaction as those are irrecoverable by us. Any review/reconsideration of the above cancellation/refund terms will be at the discretion of the management based on specific situations and occupancy levels during the booking period.
8. The above policy MAY NOT APPLY for fully private ambience. Rescheduling policies for those are decided on a situational basis, please contact us directly for more information.
9. No re-schedulement / postponement will be permitted within 12 hours of check-in for any reason and it will be treated as a cancellation.

No Show Policy

1. We strictly follow NO REFUND for NO SHOW.
2. NO RESCHEDULING of booking date (Postponement / Preponement) for NO SHOW.

Relocation Policy

Relocation or interchanging (to another Property) is not permitted, once a booking is confirmed under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

1. Approved refunds are being processed within 48 hours, however; we shall not be liable for any default caused in processing the refund amount owing to the delay caused by the processing bank.
2. For any unused activities & missed meals or early checkout. you will not receive any credit or refund from us.
3. In case of any medical emergencies, we are not obliged to enforce a refund. It is at our discretion.

In case of any discrepancy, the decision of Unwynd Ambiences will be final and binding and we reserves the right to amend any and all our cancellation or refund policies from time to time, without any notice.
