The cost includes tea/coffee/welcome juice. All payments are to be made fully in advance. Pets are allowed, but guests have to ensure they remain within the garden area. Smoking is permitted in the allotted ambience. A maximum of 30 guests can book at a time, per group. No two different groups are allowed, to ensure privacy and exclusivity for booked group. Guests can bring their own food and beverages, or order from the host (advance notice required). Terms: *All guests will need to mandatorily present ID cards before entry. *By booking this ambience, guests automatically consent to our terms to not use the ambience for any illegal or anti-social activity that disrespects the host or the space. *Any violation will be strictly dealt with and neither the host nor Unwynd takes responsibility for any untoward outcome. *Hosts are also required to mandatorily sign in to the entry registry upon arrival. *Booking the ambience means automatically consenting to these terms.
