For cancellations made 72 hours before your scheduled booking time, we offer full refund. For cancellations made between 48-72 hours prior, there will be a 75% refund. For cancellations made between 24-48 hours prior, there will be a 75% refund on ambience rent only, with no refund on food ordered. Rescheduling is also allowed, subject to availability. For cancellations made between 12-24 hours prior, there is no refund on ambience rent or food.
Payments are to be made in advance. The cost includes tea/coffee and use of the badminton court. Pets are not allowed. The ambience is located just 15 minutes from Thriprayar and Kandasankadavu. Terms: *The primary guest will need to mandatorily present ID cards upon booking confirmation. *By booking this ambience, guests automatically consent to our terms to not use the ambience for any illegal or anti-social activity that disrespects the host or the space. *Any violation will be strictly dealt with and neither the host nor Unwynd takes responsibility for any untoward outcome. *The primary guest is also required to mandatorily sign in to the entry registry upon arrival (if the host has such a process in place). *Booking the ambience means automatically consenting to these terms.
