For cancellations made 72 hours before your scheduled booking time, we offer full refund. For cancellations made between 48-72 hours prior, there will be a 75% refund only. For cancellations made between 24-48 hours prior, there will be a 50% refund on ambience rent only, with no refund on food ordered. For cancellations made between 12-24 hours prior, there is no refund on ambience rent or food.
This is a semi-private ambience. Payments are to be made fully in advance. Smoking is allowed outdoors. Pets are allowed. The cost includes access to the entire outdoor lawn. A minimum of 2 people, 3 hours or vice versa is required to book this ambience. This is a free-spirited ambience. Guests can choose the day outing package if group size is minimum 10 pax. Terms: *The primary guest will need to mandatorily present ID cards upon booking confirmation. *By booking this ambience, guests automatically consent to our terms to not use the ambience for any illegal or anti-social activity that disrespects the host or the space. *Any violation will be strictly dealt with and neither the host nor Unwynd takes responsibility for any untoward outcome. *The primary guest is also required to mandatorily sign in to the entry registry upon arrival (if the host has such a process in place). *Booking the ambience means automatically consenting to these terms. *Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the ambience. Food waste should not be left strewn around. The ambience should not be spoilt.
