Unwynd in this relaxing and rustic countryside ambience, on the banks of the Chalakudy River in Puthenvelikkara. A fully private, homely ambience, guests get access to indoors (including a room to rest), as well as the water-facing porch and sprawling tree-laden yard. Guests can dip their feet in the river, or choose to go kayaking. Activities include barbequing. Guests can bring their own food or order from any online delivery app.
This is a pet-friendly and free-spirited ambience.
All water activities are at the own risk of guests, and it is advisable to know swimming while kayaking in the pristine backwaters.

For cancellations made 72 hours before your scheduled booking time, we offer full refund. For cancellations made between 48-72 hours prior, there will be a 75% refund. For cancellations made between 24-48 hours prior, there will be a 75% refund on ambience rent only, with no refund on food ordered. Rescheduling is also allowed, subject to availability. For cancellations made between 12-24 hours prior, there is no refund on ambience rent or food.
Payments are to be made fully in advance. Smoking is allowed outdoors. Pets are allowed. The cost includes access to entire outdoors and indoors. A minimum of 4 people, 3 hours is required to book this ambience. This is a free-spirited ambience. Kayaking needs to be pre-booked at time of reserving. Guests can bring their own food and beverages, as well as meats/veggies for bbq. Terms: *The primary guest will need to mandatorily present ID cards upon booking confirmation. *By booking this ambience, guests automatically consent to our terms to not use the ambience for any illegal or anti-social activity that disrespects the host or the space. *Any violation will be strictly dealt with and neither the host nor Unwynd takes responsibility for any untoward outcome. *The primary guest is also required to mandatorily sign in to the entry registry upon arrival (if the host has such a process in place). *Booking the ambience means automatically consenting to these terms. *Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the ambience. Food waste should not be left strewn around. The ambience should not be spoilt.
